Ivan Aleman

Meet Ivan, an extremely talented tattoo artist known for his black and gray and color illustrative work with a hint of realism and surrealism.

Born and raised in Habana, Cuba, Ivan's passion for art began at a young age, and he spent much of his childhood sketching and experimenting with various mediums. In pursuit of his dreams, Ivan immigrated to the U.S. to start a new chapter in his life.

His artistic style is heavily influenced by surrealism and other cultures. After years of hard work at Bay Ink, in 2022, he became a partner in our La Jolla location, where he continues to thrive and create beautiful tattoos.
